Grate half a potato, mix in a few drops of rose water and place it on your undereyes. Leave it on for 15 minutes before you wash it off.
Apply a cotton ball dipped in cold milk to the under-eye area. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before rinsing it with water. Repeat at least thrice a week!
